Job description

About the Role

Join an early-stage healthtech company building AI-powered products for home health agencies. You will shape a new medical record platform, replacing spreadsheet-heavy workflows with tools that help agencies work more efficiently and patients receive care sooner.

What You'll Do

  • Interview and shadow home health teams across intake, scheduling, billing, and documentation to identify their most important needs.

  • Build fast prototypes, demonstrate them to users, and use feedback to guide improvements.

  • Work closely with engineering, spending approximately half your time translating customer insights into product direction and reviewing implementations.

  • Turn individual customer requests into scalable products and platform improvements.

  • Own outcomes such as adoption, usage, user satisfaction, and time saved, and regularly share learnings with company leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of product management experience, with experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup; 3 or more years of combined engineering and product experience is preferred.

  • Hands-on software engineering or coding experience, such as full-stack development or founding engineering work, and strong technical judgment.

  • Experience building B2B SaaS products, especially workflow-heavy or operational products, or modernizing legacy platforms.

  • Healthcare technology, AI, or another regulated industry background is a plus.

  • A customer-focused, practical approach, strong product sense, and willingness to stay hands-on across discovery and delivery.

  • Strong computer science fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $160,000 to $240,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid, with three days per week in San Francisco, California.
