Business Relationship Manager (BRM)/ Business analyst -HARRISBURG, PA

37.5 hours per week

Resource will be onsite/hybrid initially. Telework is not guaranteed

Contract | 6+ Months

The resource will serve as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), providing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across multiple business units. They will ensure effective alignment between business partners and IT by managing priorities, monitoring progress, and facilitating clear communication. In addition, the resource will perform targeted business analysis activities to help translate business needs into actionable requirements that support project objectives.

Experience supporting Agile teams and SDLC processes- 5 years

Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements- 5 years

Experience as a BA, BRM, Project Coordinator, or similar role- 3 years

Hands on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools- 3 years

Experience coordinating testing activities and supporting UAT- 3 years

Experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues- 3 years

Experience supporting backlog refinement, user story development, and sprint coordination- 3 years
