  • Product Ownership: Define the product roadmap, business requirements, priorities, and enhancements based on stakeholder needs.

  • Contract Migration: Oversee the migration, consolidation, validation, and reconciliation of contracts from legacy systems into a centralized repository.

  • Platform Administration: Manage user access, roles, permissions, templates, metadata, workflows, and system configurations.

  • Integration Management: Coordinate with IT teams to integrate the CLM platform with relevant enterprise systems, procurement tools, document repositories, and e-signature solutions.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Establish dashboards and KPIs to monitor contract status, approval cycle times, renewal deadlines, compliance, and platform adoption.

  • Change Management: Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps, resolve platform issues, and deliver enhancements that improve contract visibility, efficiency, and control.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or enterprise platform implementation.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and contract management processes.

  • Proven experience leading CLM implementation, rollout, migration, or platform transformation initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of contract workflows, approvals, templates, clause management, electronic signatures, renewals, and repository management.
