Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Service Delivery Manager with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to oversee Salesforce support, enhancements, service delivery, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery while managing client expectations and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Experience managing Salesforce production support and enhancements.
• Strong incident, problem, and change management experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred.
• Excellent client communication and leadership skills.
• Experience leading distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce service delivery.
• Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead production support and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate enhancement releases and deployments.
• Manage incidents, risks, and escalations.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams.
• Drive continuous service improvements.
