Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data pipelines and foundational data assets to support analytics, forecasting, and AI initiatives
  • Establish scalable data engineering standards, frameworks, and architecture patterns across operational platforms
  • Oversee data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, quality, and validation processes
  • Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring to data engineering team members

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in data engineering
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data pipelines with strong SQL and data transformation expertise
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and integrating operational systems
