Description:

The UM Support Analyst/Admin provides administrative and data-entry support for UM prior authorization requests. The role works in Facets, FileBound, and Jira and is responsible for making outbound notification calls to providers and members. Prior HealthFirst and Anthem prior authorization experience is a plus.

Notes:
Hybrid in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Schedule: Normal business hours
