Quality Assurance Analyst

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance & Quality Control experience, including translating business requirements and policies into test cases, scenarios, and test systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sahi Pro/Selenium Automation Framework, including designing and developing automation scripts using established testing guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field and PICT or equivalent tools; familiarity with at least one process area such as CMMI, TMMI, TPI, or SPICE.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with large enterprise/e-business systems, Medicaid or healthcare operations, and X.12/EDI transactions.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and standard SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall.
