Schedule
Full-Time. Core hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Minimum 2 days on-site per week, up to 3 days telework, after a mandatory 2-month full-time on-site acclimation period.

About the Role The Technical Writer prepares, edits, and maintains technical documents supporting USCP's Office of Information Services, ensuring documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documents such as manuals, guides, training materials, and reports.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Support document review, updates, and publishing processes.
• Interface with the Document Workflow System to ensure proper routing, review, and completion of all required sign-offs. What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of technical writing and desktop publishing experience.
