AI Engineer (Fullstack)

Must have worked on user facing AI products or at an AI native company

Experience with AI/LLM systems: agent flows, context engineering, embeddings, index buildin

4+ years of experience in fullstack or AI software engineering

Degree in computer science or similar disciplines

Fullstack product execution - designs, web experiences, reward flows + backend systems for them

Has worked in a company with (this has been a top factor for successful candidates)

Strong in React, Typescript, and Python

• Tenures

• Primarily in a leadership position

• Only big tech (tiktok, meta, etc.) – unless related to design

Do not want candidates focused on infra/latency/scaling or MLEs

Candidates that are not excited about the problem of taste/design/subjective preference
