Not a bad way to get to know your colleagues.\n\nSo, what does life actually look like here?\nFor starters, busy season doesn't have to mean waving goodbye to your personal life for four months. Hours typically range from 45 to 55 per week, with 55 being the maximum rather than something you're expected to hit from January onwards.\n\nThere's a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office, flexibility around family commitments and an understanding that you have a life outside of work.

If you need to adjust your hours for a school run or something personal, you can.\n\nTime off is taken seriously, too.
