You'll combine strong IAM expertise with service ownership, technical problem-solving and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Identity Services capability, including SLAs, risks, incidents and continual improvement
• Provide technical leadership across Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity PAM, MIM, Active Directory, PKI and cloud identity
• Lead complex technical escalations, major incidents and identity-related risks
• Support architects and project teams with technical guidance and solution input
