The Role

• Perform basic nursing care tasks and ensure patient well-being through service-oriented support.
• Manage meal distribution, collection of dishes, and ensure patients receive adequate nutrition.
• Conduct cleaning and tidying duties, and professionally prepare medical supplies for smooth daily operations.
• Consistently adhere to hygiene guidelines and maintain workplace standards.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment within the internal medicine and geriatrics departments.

What You'll Need

• Completion of a one-year training program in general or geriatric nursing assistance.
• A self-directed, conscientious work ethic with a strong focus on patient needs and service.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with patients, families, and colleagues.
