SAP S/4HANA WAM Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA WAM Test Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program. This role requires strong functional expertise in Work Order and Asset Management (WAM), with testing leadership serving as a secondary but critical responsibility.

The consultant will act as a Test Lead and Test Coordinator within the WAM workstream, helping ensure testing activities align with business requirements while providing functional guidance throughout the testing phase of the implementation.

Responsibilities

• Primary skill is functional expertise in Work Order and Asset Management but focused on the testing phase.
• This role will be more in line with test coordinator and test lead to help guide the teams but they need someone who can be flexible in supporting WAM functional needs and supporting testing activities
• Will need help designing test cases and make sure PDD scope is covered
• May need to help with testing execution

Required Experience

• Proven Test Lead experience on SAP transformation or implementation programs, preferably within the Utilities industry.
• Strong functional expertise in WAM (Work Order & Asset Management), ideally within the SAP IS-U domain.
• Experience leading end-to-end testing activities, including planning, coordination, execution, and defect management.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, functional, integration, and technical teams.
