Business (CRM) Systems Specialist – Zoho – Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients - CassonX

CassonX are truly excited to be partnering with the illustrious Alternatives industry specialist firm who specialises in media, events and data / information services for Hedge funds and Private Equity companies. This business is highly regarded within the sector, already has a good base of clients already, and widely seen as a true partner and advocate for the Alternatives sector. This boutique firm boasts an international exposure, and looking to bring in a Business Systems specialist, with focus on their CRM, to galvanise it’s usage and help drive the company forward. A brilliant opportunity for someone with experience using many different CRM systems or Zoho in particular.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who is highly proficient with Zoho, or has used, seen, and supported various CRM systems. You will be familiar with engaging employees to move from traditional spreadsheets to utilising a CRM more proactively, as well as supporting data requirements and the capabilities of extracting information and turning it into practical information to assist C-Suite in making good business judgements. Experience of creating new Front Ends for different teams, new fields, supporting smooth system processes, backing the information up, keeping processes well documented, and generically best usage of CRMs is essential experience. It is not essential to come from a Financial Services company, but preference will be given to those who do and have seen a variety of different buyside firms on their CRM – for instance Fund Administrators, IFAs, Wealth Managers, Brokers, Custodians, Multi-Managers, even technology providers who service the buyside, and their CRM supports the sales processes and all client information.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly in business systems, making authorised routine changes, translating business needs into clear specifications and ensuring that completed work is tested, documented and adopted. You will provide practical systems, data and implementation support to the COO, helping the company turn operational priorities into reliable everyday processes. The role connects business users with specialist developers, improves the usefulness of the company’s databases and supports the delivery of workflow, lead generation and operational projects. Your ability to support business systems and databases will make sure that lead generations and campaigns are well supported in the system, you will implement new functionalities, processes and projects accordingly, and after data gathering from their staff you will work on enhancing the CRM with developers.
