Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Technical Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with strong experience in technical architecture.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.

• Experience designing and implementing HR Service Delivery, HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR workflows.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, configuration, and customization.

• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integrations.

• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with HRIS systems and third-party applications.

• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and technical best practices.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• ServiceNow CSA, CIS-HR, or CTA certification.

• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR systems.

• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow HRSD implementations.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, data model, and integration architecture.
