Job Description

An established organization is expanding its data team and is seeking a Data Analyst Developer to support enterprise data initiatives. This contract to hire opportunity offers the chance to work with SQL, SSIS, Talend, and AWS technologies while helping build and maintain critical data processes that support business operations. The role is based in the Chicago area and will focus heavily on data integration, warehousing, transformation, and migration projects.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ETL development, or data engineering
  • Strong SQL development skills
  • Experience building and maintaining ETL processes
  • Hands on experience with SSIS
  • Experience with Talend or similar data integration platforms
  • Data warehouse and data migration experience
  • Understanding of data validation and quality assurance practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working within AWS environments
  • Knowledge of Python or scripting languages
