About the Role

Patriot Talent Solutions is looking to hire an Oracle Functional Analyst with deep Oracle EPM experience. This is a functional, finance-partnering role (not a technical developer position) focused on Planning & Budgeting, ongoing production support, and enhancements.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional EPM solutions
• Support and enhance Oracle Planning & Budgeting (ongoing production support + improvements)
• Troubleshoot issues, drive root-cause analysis, and deliver system fixes/enhancements
• Contribute to planning/budgeting/forecasting process improvements and reporting outcomes
• Support and collaborate across enterprise finance processes, including consolidation touchpoints

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years in the Oracle EPM space (strong preference for Functional Analyst background)
• Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Oracle Planning & Budgeting environments
• Strong requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business needs into functional designs
• Knowledge of FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) and related consolidation processes
• Experience supporting production environments (support + enhancements + issue resolution)
