Production Support (Operations) Engineer

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced experience with IBM DataPower, IBM Integration Bus, MOVEit Administration, SQL, and Splunk.
• Strong background in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Experience with managed file transfers, batch jobs, web services, Linux-based analysis, scripting, and automation.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow, MFT tools, IBM ESB (DataPower, ACE, MQ, WSRR), IBM DataStage, and IBM DB2.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
