The Role • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions utilizing Pega technology. • Provide operational support for enterprise PEGA infrastructure. • Review, test, and implement patches and upgrades for the PEGA platform. • Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported PEGA environments. • Collaborate with a technical support team to ensure the stability and performance of the PEGA infrastructure. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience. • Previous experience developing business system solutions using Pegasystems (Pega). • Minimum of 4 years of experience building, managing, and supporting PEGA operating systems and application platforms. • Minimum of 4 years of experience with PEGA upgrade and patching activities. • Proven ability to apply critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Strong knowledge of PEGA Application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, and other OOTB tools. • Familiarity with web technologies, including .Net or Java.
