The Role

• Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Minimize account aging by collaborating with customers to understand and resolve payment issues.
• Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with a team to reduce outstanding debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous.
