Project Manager / Business Analyst
Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid
Salary: £500 - £575 per day Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across a leading financial services organisation.

This hybrid role will combine project management, business analysis and strategic delivery across Product, Operations, Technology and Data.

Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager / Business Analyst

• Support strategic initiatives from definition through to implementation.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones and governance.
• Define project scope, objectives, requirements and deliverables.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, actions and milestones.
• Support governance, reporting and delivery tracking.
• Support strategic change, product development, customer journeys and process improvement.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across business and technology teams.

Experience you'll need as a Project Manager / Business Analyst

• Strong Project Manager, Business Analyst or hybrid PM/BA experience.
• Experience delivering complex change or transformation programmes.
• Strong project planning and delivery management experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Experience working across multiple business functions.
• Banking, Financial Services, KYC or customer onboarding experience is advantageous.

Whats on Offer

• £500 - £575 per day Inside IR35.
• Hybrid working, with 3 days per week on-site in Milton Keynes.
