Job Description

-          Support End to End delivery of AI capabilities for IVR solutions built on Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex

-          Run and interpret experiment s related to intent recognition slot filling performance, utterance handling and overall conversational quality.

-          Hands on experience of interception data, model outputs and test results to identify issues and improvement opportunities

-          Tune intent descriptions, training data, model outputs and related NLU assets to improve performance

-          Contribute to evaluation and implementation of LLM and GenAI related capabilities for NLU and intent understanding

-          Help drive execution against delivery timelines by identifying risks, resolving issues and maintaining strong analytics
