The Role • Assist physicians in consultations, outpatient surgeries, and injection treatments, including X-ray guidance. • Perform medical-technical tasks such as wound care, plastering, and X-ray procedures, including patient positioning. • Provide professional support and communication to patients, families, referring physicians, and colleagues. • Manage patient registration using ORBIS and Doctolib, and handle administrative tasks related to outpatient and surgical appointments. • Coordinate workflow within the team and participate in on-call duties, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant or in Nursing. • Ideally, experience in emergency care and radiology, with proven experience assisting in orthopedic outpatient surgeries. • Proficiency in scheduling consultations and strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), with ORBIS experience being a plus. • Excellent service orientation, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills. • Ability to work effectively and remain composed under pressure, demonstrating initiative and organizational talent.
