Job Description:

Core Engineering

• C++ (modern C++)
• Must be able to read, understand, and validate AI-generated code
• BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
• 5+ years of experience

? AI / Development Tools (CRITICAL NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Claude (required)
• Hands-on usage in real development workflows
• Python (required)
• Used alongside AI tools for scripting, automation, or workflows
• Multi-Agent AI Experience (REQUIRED)
• Candidates must have worked with multi-agent / agentic AI systems
• Not just prompting a single model must understand:
• Multiple agents collaborating
• Task delegation across agents
• Orchestration of workflows
• Agentic Development / AI Workflow Experience
• Experience beyond basic IDE usage
• Prefer:
• GitHub Copilot CLI or similar command-line AI workflows
• Spec-Driven Development (AI-enabled)
• Ability to:
• Take requirements ? generate structured specs (markdown)
• Use AI to drive development from those specs
