Job Description

We’re currently looking for a dynamic Sales Director – Managed Services to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with a strong hunting mindset and proven success in driving large managed services and annuity business to achieve healthy ARR growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

Position: Sales Director – Managed Services

Location: Flexible

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development by hunting large managed services and annuity deals.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients in the US.
  • Collaborate closely with partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) to execute co-sell motions and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Achieve annual managed services targets through multiple small-to-mid-sized transactions contributing to total TCV.
  • Lead sales efforts focused on Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Data, and Application Managed Services.
  • Leverage existing relationships and a strong local market network to expand our customer base.

 

Ideal Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT services or managed services sales, with at least 3–5 years in a partner ecosystem (Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong track record in hunting and closing deals across Digital, Cloud, and Application Managed Services.
  • Experience working with enterprise and mid-market clients in the US region.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close multiple deals contributing to significant annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
