The Role

• Provide expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for members.
• Deliver emergency breakdown support across the UK, handling issues from flat batteries to complex faults.
• Offer reassurance and quick, confident solutions to members in need, acting as a trusted ambassador.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, managing demand-led tasks with an average of 40 hours per week.
• Utilize provided tools, diagnostic kits, and an a leading employer in this sector van to complete jobs effectively.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound, independent decisions in various roadside scenarios.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving and automotive repair.
