EFX Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented EFX Associate to support trading infrastructure and electronic trading operations within the Forex and CFDs industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bridge configurations, monitoring pricing feeds, maintaining trading platform settings, and coordinating with Liquidity Providers (LPs). This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient trading operations.

What Will You Do:

• Manage and maintain bridge configurations using PrimeXM to ensure stable connectivity and accurate pricing.
• Review and update symbol settings across MT4, MT5, and cTrader platforms.
• Monitor system performance and address configuration-related issues.
• Liaise with existing and potential Liquidity Providers to support product expansion.
• Coordinate the integration and configuration of new liquidity offerings.
• Maintain effective working relationships with LPs to support trading operations.
• Configure and monitor LP pricing feeds through bridge technology.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and reliability across trading platforms.
• Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies and connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with Middle Office and Technology teams to investigate trade execution, position discrepancies, and connectivity issues.
• Support troubleshooting of trading-related incidents and operational challenges.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.
• Work with technical teams to implement improvements to existing workflows.
• Support initiatives aimed at reducing manual processes and improving system performance.
• Evaluate trading plugins and technical solutions that enhance operational capabilities.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and integration of new tools with the Technology team.
• Ensure new solutions align with operational requirements.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Forex & CFDs industry, preferably within electronic trading or trading operations.
• Hands-on experience with bridge technologies, particularly PrimeXM.
• Strong knowledge of MT4, MT5, and cTrader trading platforms, including symbol configurations and pricing settings.
• Experience working with Liquidity Providers and managing pricing feeds.
• Good understanding of trading execution, liquidity connectivity, and trading infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with automation processes and trading system integrations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
