The Role

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and contribute significantly to medical and organizational steering.
• Supervise therapeutic measures and actively participate in the training and development of the medical and psychological staff.
• Contribute to the evolution of therapeutic concepts and actively shape internal processes.
• Engage in scientific work and participate in national and international conferences.

What You'll Need

• Board certification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Experience in behavioral therapy.
• Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for conceptual work and the development of treatment approaches.
• Openness, commitment, and an understanding of business principles.
