The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Identify and address potential issues or improvements in nursing department staffing.
• Ensure compliance of employee files with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate educational opportunities for the nursing staff.
• Distribute the nursing schedule accurately and in a timely manner.
• Advise supervisors on staffing ratio concerns.

What You'll Need
