Primary Purpose
Under the direction of the Production Manager, this position will perform manual and clerical duties related to shipping and receiving. The main focus for this position is shipping and receiving products or components, keeping the production line stocked, and maintaining an organized warehouse.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Unload materials, counts items received or shipped and checks against packing lists; records any discrepancies the day the shipment is received, notes any shortages or damages, and puts materials in designated locations.
- Inventory maintenance duties include stocking production line daily; monitoring inventory levels; assisting with routine cycle counts.
- Completion of daily receiving entries into computer system.
- Receives and process returned goods shipments; completes and forwards RGA paperwork.
- Responsible for always keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Provide backup to service parts area.
- May perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Forklift certification or experience and willingness to be certified
- Valid Driver’s License
- Microsoft Office & ERP system knowledge
- Preferred: Job-related experience or previous exposure to Shipping and Receiving and/or inventory control procedures
- Physical Demands and Working Environment: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
