Position: MS Office 365 and Power Platform Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH Onsite

Type of Employment: 12+ Months Contract

Role Description:

• Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows that streamline business processes and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Build Power Platform solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and user experience.
• Develop ServiceNow workflows and integrations that support ITSM, request fulfillment, asset management, and service delivery processes.
• Use APIs and enterprise integrations to connect systems, automate data exchange, and improve process orchestration.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled opportunities that improve productivity, reduce costs, and accelerate business outcomes.
• Create executive dashboards and operational reports that support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on optimization, scalability, governance, and value realization.
• Partner with business, technology, operations, and vendor stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
