Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and hands-on AI Value Engineer to join an AI services team supporting real-world Generative AI adoption and transformation.

This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who can move seamlessly between client consulting, rapid AI experimentation, hands-on enablement, workshops, and internal capability building.

The ideal candidate can take an ambiguous business problem, identify an opportunity for GenAI, rapidly prototype a solution, validate it with stakeholders, and turn successful experiments into repeatable workflows, playbooks, and enablement assets.

Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred, but candidates from other regulated industries may be considered if they can ramp up quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to scope, prototype, and deliver GenAI-powered workflows.

• Translate business and operational challenges into practical LLM-based solutions.

• Conduct discovery sessions, use-case sprints, and prompt engineering workshops.

• Build rapid proofs of concept using tools such as:

  • ChatGPT

  • Claude

  • Gemini

  • Open-source LLMs

• Develop reusable prompt libraries, workflows, templates, and solution playbooks.

• Collaborate with SMEs, compliance teams, and technical partners to validate AI concepts.

• Facilitate live GenAI learning labs, role-based workshops, and problem-solving sessions.

• Develop AI enablement materials including guides, templates, videos, job aids, and micro-learning content.

• Advise business teams on AI adoption, capability gaps, and workflow redesign.

• Launch and operate internal or client-specific GenAI Labs.

• Build frameworks that enable teams to experiment, learn, and share successful AI use cases.

• Capture real-world AI adoption insights to support product, content, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in consulting, product enablement, innovation, business strategy, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience applying Generative AI to real business problems.

• Experience creating:

  • Prompts

  • AI workflows

  • GenAI proofs of concept

  • AI-enabled business solutions

• Strong ability to work independently and lead client-facing initiatives.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Ability to translate between business, technical, compliance, and operational stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.

• Highly curious, self-directed learner with a strong bias toward execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mortgage, fintech, banking, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience.

• Knowledge of AI governance, safety, responsible AI, and compliance.

• Experience with tools and platforms such as:

  • ChatGPT

  • Claude

  • Gemini

  • Notion

  • Airtable

  • Zapier

  • LangChain

  • Similar GenAI/automation platforms

• Experience in consulting, startups, innovation teams, internal strategy, or Learning & Development.

• Experience designing and facilitating AI training and enablement programs.
