The Role

• Accompany internal and external audits
• Implement quality assurance measures within the established quality management system
• Collaborate closely with facility management and the Total Quality Management team
• Contribute to ensuring high standards of nursing care while adhering to legal requirements
• Help shape and improve nursing and care processes
• Integrate current nursing expertise and scientific findings into daily practice

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
• Required certification as a Quality Assurance Officer
• Professional and management experience in a similar role
• A passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
