The Role • Instrumenting, assisting, and performing circulating duties in orthopedic, trauma, spine, and shoulder surgeries. • Preparing, monitoring, and managing patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. • Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of four operating rooms through interdisciplinary collaboration. • Participating in the on-call surgical service rotation after successful onboarding. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Nurse or Surgical Technician (OTA). • Prior experience in an operating room setting is desirable but not essential. • A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills.
