The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area and designated locations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive all sales activities within the region and specified branches.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales team members.
• Achieve regional sales objectives, including revenue targets and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by fostering strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product and service strategies.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma/GED required; BS/BA in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in high sales quota attainment.
