The Role • Co-therapeutic patient conversations, providing targeted support and deepening the therapeutic process. • Planning and leading co-therapeutic groups to foster exchange and development. • Assisting patients during meals and exposures to aid stabilization and self-efficacy. • Actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and assessments. • Providing holistic and empathetic individual patient care throughout the treatment process. • Working in a structured shift system to ensure continuous care and support. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Child and Youth Educator (m/w/d). • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care. • Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a passion for the work. • Respectful, professional, and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their families. • Curiosity for new topics and a commitment to professional development.
