Location: Mumbai

As a Solution Engineer, you will design and implement robust API integration solutions for our cloud-based SaaS platform, ensuring seamless connectivity between our services and clients’ existing systems. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps. Your role will involve deploying APIs, troubleshooting integration challenges, and optimizing performance to meet stringent uptime and security standards. Leveraging your expertise, you will also support pre‑sales technical demonstrations and post‑implementation training to drive customer success and adoption.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable API integrations for SaaS applications

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define integration requirements and specifications

• Conduct end‑to‑end testing of API endpoints and troubleshoot integration issues

• Optimize API performance, monitoring, and scalability to meet SLA targets

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during onboarding and deployment phases

• Document integration processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and security standards

• Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos for sales and customers

• Participate in code reviews and collaborate on continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines

• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the engineering community

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 1+ years of hands‑on experience with API integration and implementation

• Proficiency in RESTful API design, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, and JSON/XML data formats

• Familiarity with SaaS deployment models, multi‑tenant architecture, and cloud services

• Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for automation

• Experience with API gateways, rate limiting, and security protocols (OAuth, JWT)

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning

• A collaborative attitude and willingness to mentor peers

• Proven track record of delivering successful client integrations within timelines.
