Quick Overview
Job Description
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading medium-to-large global implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects.
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) experience is required, preferably Critical Manufacturing, with experience in MES deployments, rollouts, upgrades, integrations, or multi-site initiatives.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional global teams, project plans, budgets, resources, RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments with FDA, GxP, validation, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
- PMP certification required; CSM/Agile/Scrum certification preferred. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
📍 Location: Remote – preference for Tampa/Florida
⏰ Hours: 8 AM–5 PM EST
✈️ Travel: Up to 10% to Tampa/other US sites
📅 Duration: 6 months initially
