Skills

Preferably from MICE (specially in corporate Sales) Industry

Must possess exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication

5 to 8 years of experience in similar industry

Preferred education in Event Management/Hotel Management

Good Negotiation and Closing skills with strong emphasis on Client / Candidate Relationship Management

Should have knowledge of CRM system- Salesforce

Excellent communication, multitasking skills and problem solving ability

Excellent in computer skills and analytical ability


Duties & Responsibilities

Prospecting and research of new accounts and leads to target for potential analysis.

Conceptualizing and executing strategies and market plans for increased sales growth and business development.

Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities

Accept new leads/opportunities from research team to include in the prospective target leads.

Conduct sales meetings, telecalls and web meetings as necessary to initiate contact level with the prospective accounts.

Categorize accounts for high potential and diligently maintain contact levels and frequency for such accounts.

Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential requirement.

Build relationship with key decision maker and influences to generate sales revenues through closure.

Draft and finalize the sales/service agreement for the project with the client.

Regularly maintain and update CRM, Database for all accounts and opportunities.

Assist in sales forecasting for the allocated segments every quarter.
