The Role

• Support daily execution of value-added trade compliance services, including product classification, PGA coordination, post-entry work, and audit support.
• Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance in all trade-related activities.
• Collaborate with trade analysts, brokers, operations teams, and clients to complete assigned tasks.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation for compliance activities such as corrections, protests, and entry reviews.
• Update internal systems and trackers with status updates, metrics, and findings.
• Assist with gathering documents and reviewing data for internal audits.

What You'll Need

• 1–3 years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, supply chain, or import/export operations.
• Working knowledge of CBP regulations, basic HTS classification, customs valuation, and PGA requirements.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Excel, data analysis, and trade-related systems.
