The Role

• Sell insurance memberships and personal lines insurance products.
• Handle quoting, binding, premium collection, and policy data management.
• Respond to underwriting inquiries and resolve member issues effectively.
• Follow up with prospects and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain high performance in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Accommodate some evening, weekend, and holiday work.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of dedicated insurance sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
• Strong communication and sales-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
