The Role

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying needs and providing tailored financial advice.
• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments to foster loyalty and uncover opportunities.
• Recommend appropriate financial solutions including everyday banking, investments, lending, home financing, and small business options.
• Advise clients on digital and self-serve banking options to simplify their financial management.
• Contribute to business objectives by building new relationships within the community and generating appointments.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and lending policies while making sound credit recommendations.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience with retail investments and lending products.
• Proven experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a passion for delivering a personal customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
