Job Title: Guidewire Claimcenter Integration Lead
Location: San Antonio, TX (On-Site)
Job Description:
Candidate should have 8+ years of Guidewire integration and configuration experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter and be able to start working on new integration and configuration enhancements from day one.
Essential Skills:
- 8+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
- 5+ years of Guidewire Integration experience
- Strong experience with Guidewire Cloud and InsuranceSuite
- Guidewire ACE / Associate Developer Certification preferred
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain experience
- Familiarity with Claims lifecycle, FNOL, Exposure, Financials, WorkPlans, Activities, and vendor integrations
Desirable Skills:
- Guidewire Cloud Platform experience
- AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch)
- CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, SonarQube, TeamCity
- DevSecOps practices
Role Responsibilities:
- Attend daily scrum meetings to gather requirements from product owners
- Analyze requirements, create designs, and present them to architects for approval
- Develop code and assign tasks to the offshore team
- Conduct offshore handoff calls and take full ownership of delivery for both onshore and offshore teams
