The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Direct designs for various marketing collateral including catalogs, web pages, flyers, and emails.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments in the new product selection process.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication across departments regarding product development and web marketing efforts.
• Conceptualize and define new product positioning strategies based on market insights and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record.
• Experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Previous catalog experience is a significant advantage.
• Ability to foster strong inter-departmental relationships.
• Data-driven approach to marketing strategy and product positioning.
