The Role

• Prospect for new business opportunities and manage assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections (interior and exterior) to identify pest issues.
• Develop and present strategic pest management solutions to commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers.
• Utilize company-provided tools and technology for sales and reporting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and professional conduct in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a pesticide license (company paid).
• Capacity to work independently in the field and in various environments.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, climbing, and accessing confined spaces.
• Strong listening skills and ability to explain solutions clearly and confidently.
• Sales experience is preferred, but no industry experience is required due to comprehensive training.
