The Role

• Oversee live broadcasts from the on-board studio control room.
• Operate all broadcast-related control systems, with a particular focus on the vision mixer.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to camera operators on board.
• Ensure professional execution of all broadcast operations during live events and programmed content.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a media designer for image and sound, or equivalent education/degree in a related field, plus several years of professional experience.
• Several years of hands-on experience in studio production, including roles as a camera operator and vision mixer/broadcast director.
• Proficient knowledge of studio technology, especially Blackmagic ATEM Broadcast vision mixers and AxelTech XPlayout software.
• Good understanding of non-linear editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Fluency in both English and German.
