AI Authentication Specialist I

Entrupy is hiring an Authentication Specialist I to help power our AI-driven authentication platform for luxury goods and high-value items. In this role, you'll capture detailed images using Entrupy's hardware, review AI results, and make accurate authenticity determinations that protect brands, marketplaces, and resellers from counterfeits. You'll document cases, flag edge scenarios, and collaborate closely with data science and product teams to improve models and workflows. Responsibilities

• Operate Entrupy's authentication platform to assess luxury goods and high-value items for authenticity
• Capture and analyze item images using AI-powered tools and hardware devices
• Review system outputs, investigate edge cases, and flag potential counterfeits
• Document findings, maintain accurate case records, and follow standardized workflows
• Collaborate with data science and product teams to improve models and tools
• Support customers by clarifying authentication results and best practices
• Contribute feedback to refine processes, documentation, and training materials
• Maintain high accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards in all decisions

Required Skills

• Image capture and handling for computer vision tools
• Basic understanding of AI/ML and computer vision concepts
