This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts how consumers interact with products. The Role • Rotate between different store locations, often servicing one store per day. • Accurately reset shelves and product displays according to planograms. • Install, move, and adjust shelves, fixtures, tags, and products. • Conduct merchandising tasks and ensure product placement integrity. • Submit timely progress reports and photographic evidence of completed work. • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project status and any encountered issues. What You'll Need • Ability to perform a physically demanding role involving standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive movements. • Reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail locations. • Be at least 18 years of age. • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset. • Comfort and capability working both independently and collaboratively with a team. • Basic understanding of retail merchandising principles.
