The Role

• Analyze strategic and operational key figures through health economic evaluations.
• Develop concepts for the enhancement and improvement of complex analysis and controlling tools.
• Prepare arguments and benefit dossiers for decision-making institutions and committees in the health policy environment.
• Maintain and expand contacts with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in health policy.
• Implement guidelines and nursing models in relation to strategic objectives.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational degree, or state-certified technician/business administrator qualification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Sociable personality with strong organizational skills.
• Meticulous, discreet, and responsible work ethic.
• Empathy and flexibility.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Good IT skills, particularly with MS Office applications.
