Private Capital Fund Finance - Associate

iCapital is looking for an Associate to join its Fund Finance Private Capital team to focus on Private Capital Fund Accounting and Administration duties. management, and clients on a variety of accounting and reporting processes. role will report to a Vice President, Fund Finance Private Equity.

Work with iCapital’s implementation teams with regards to new business and Review feeder fund draft documents (LPA/PPM) as well as underlying fund legal or fund origination teams if there is anything that should be considered from a fund finance perspective. * Determine commitment sizes to underlying funds and conduct analysis on feeder Oversee quarterly feeder fund NAV and partners’ capital account statement Review and sign-off on capital call and distribution cash analysis, investor AVP members of the Fund Finance team. * Attend prospective clients’ on-site due diligence. * Monitor fund’s compliance with the partnership operating agreement terms. * Oversee the funds’ progress on preparation of annual fund financial Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance * 3 to 6 years of financial services or asset management accounting and operations experience * Alternative investments fund administration and operations is a plus * Advanced degree and/or credentials, or progress towards MBA, CPA, CFA, or Passion for the application of innovative technology * compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
